RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from our online shop. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a returns and refunds policy in accordance with the laws of Croatia.
1. Returns
If you are not satisfied with the product(s) or service(s) you have purchased from our online shop, you may return the item(s) within 14 days from the date of purchase for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received them, and they must be in their original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s) and where to send them. You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item(s).
2. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure that they are eligible for a refund or exchange. If the item(s) are eligible, we will process your refund or exchange within 14 days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, and the amount refunded will be the purchase price of the item(s) less any applicable shipping charges. We are not responsible for any fees charged by your credit card company or bank in connection with the refund.
3. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange the item(s) you have purchased for a different item(s), please contact us. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the original item(s) and where to send them, and we will also provide you with instructions on how to purchase the new item(s). You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with exchanging the item(s).
4. Exceptions
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Digital products, such as software, e-books, or other digital files that have been downloaded
- Customized or personalized items
- Items that have been damaged or modified after delivery
